Thuy (Christy) Bui
Welcome to my webpage!
I am a Ph.D. Candidate in Operations Research at Rutgers University. I am working under the supervision of Dr. Thomas Lidbetter. Before joining Rutgers, I graduated from Illinois State University with an MSc in Mathematics and an MSc in Economics. You can find my CV here.
My research interests lie broadly in game theory, combinatorial optimization, machine learning, and market design. I am particularly interested in search and patrolling games and their applications to security and military problems. I also have a growing interest in market design.
In my free time, I enjoy traveling, hiking, and watching soccer. I am a fan of Liverpool!
